Menu not showing in other frames and I've read the demo

I have read and tried the "frames demo" info and still have not been able to make the menu show from the header to the body.

Do I edit the downloaded "frames_array.js" with my edited menu_array.js script so that the scripts are the same?

My menu is in the header. Do I add my edited menu_array.js plus the frames_header_array.js to the header? And then add the frames_body_array.js

Again, do I have to edit the "stock downloaded frames_array.js?

I was having this exact same problem when I was adding the menu to my website this morning. There a few key things to take note of in case you haven't done them. If all else fails the approach I took is at the bottom of this post.

1. All of the .js files are different versions with the frame capable version of the download. Several functions have apparently been added to mmenu.js. There a few parameters that were added to the menu_array.js files and a few taken away apparently.

2. You need all three .js files in the zip file. The header file should define only the top level categories and the body file should define the sub menus. It should also be located in every "main" frame.

3. The syntax for calling links for another frame is slightly different, take note of that in the demo.

If all else fails you can do what I did. I copied all of the demo files as they were into my site and pulled up the page to make sure it would work. Then I started to remove/ add things to create the menu the way I wanted it for my site. If you do things one step at a time and remember what changes you made, not much way to screw up here.

Thanks, since I'm new at the "game" pasting their stuff and then cutting and pasting mine seems to have done the trick.
