Mega-weird Netscape problem

I have been struggling with getting the menu to work in Netscape 6.2, and I finally went back to the drawing board and starting troubleshooting in both browsers. Here is the test url:

In IE, the menu works perfectly, but in Netscape, I only get the Home button, which is the last button on the menu bar. I can't detect any significant differences between the home button and the other buttons in the menu array.

Has anyone else encountered anything like this? Please help!
