Make menu show over iframe in NN

Everything works great in IE...figures. But using NN 6.2 the menu hides behind iframes. Using NN see http://aspen.flobee.net and select Year 1->Weekly Pictures. The location on the right for full size images is an iframe. The submenu hides behind it. I added a div id for the iframe and it sort of works but makes it look worse now in IE, which worked fine before. Further, tier 3 submenus still don't show in NN even after the div id addition, but they do in IE. Is there another option to make the submenus show over an iframe?
