vary separator color and width?

One thing I miss from That Other Ridiculously Priced Menu is the ability to vary separator color and size, independent from the outer borders. I like the look of a 2-pixel outer border and a 1-pixel separator.

Add to that putting the outer border in black, and the inner separators in a low-contrast color and you get a real classy effect. http://firepay.com is a good example of this latter effect, I think.
