Suggested new feature - an "onclose" function

Dear Milonic Team,
I think it might be useful to have a way of adding some sort of "onclose" event to a menu definition, to call a function when a menu closes. Currently, I can use the onfunction property in a menu item that opens a submenu, to call a function when the submenu opens (effectively, an "onopen" function). But there's no flip side -- triggering a function when the menu closes -- at least so far as I know. I'm currently working on a way to implement this sort of behavior for my own use, but I'm sure you guys could come up with a better way.
If not in version 3, then perhaps in version 4?
Respectfully Submitted,
Kevin
