menus remain visible in netscape 4.x

I've noticed that when you move the mouse away quickly from an open submenu in NS 4.x it fails to capture the mouse event and leaves the menu in a visible state. I think this qualifies as a bug but it might just be limitation of Netscape event model. The problem is particularly bad when you move the mouse straight down towards the bottom of your screen. You can try this on any example nav on this site to see what I mean. It's remarkably easy to make the menus stick to be honest.

I suppose one workaround would be to use a timeOut feature that calls "closeallmenus()" every few seconds but this will kill an open menu that someone might be using if they have the bad luck if navigation when the closeallmenu function runs.

Any ideas or thoughts on this "bug"?
