Menu overlapping a frame

Hi!!

firstly what a brilliant menu......apart from my lacking a degree of understanding why the Menu under my frame is

I would be most gratefull for a little help in this matter... I didnt find anything what might possibly help me in this.

I did read something about a form and DIV but that just flew over me...I didnt have a clue what it was about....

Maybe some clever guy can help me.....please please please....
