Menu inside a table and flash

I'm trying to use the menu inside a table as big as my page.
I have the menu in a cell on the left and a flash movie in the cell right of it.
The menu loads perfectly and expands to the right. The problem is that it expands "under" the flash movie instead of covering it.

Any advice?
