How to Upgrade to latest version

I am using version 3.4.12 and would like to upgrade to the new version. Do I just need to install the new mmenu.js or do I need to change the menu_array.js as well ?

Just update the mmenu.js file

The structure of the menu should be the same unless you are using the Frames based menu and then there is a slight addition that needs to be made.
