How does one let main menu bar expand to edge of screen?

I am using version 3.5.01 of the menu (6 August). I would like that the menu bar expand past my nine menu entries right to the edge of the screen, exactly like the blue bar in Milonic's main menu <http://milonic.com/menu/>. Of course, the excess part of the menu bar would simply contract should I resize my browser window. I cannot find any setting to achieve this in the menuarray.js file. Thanks for any help in this matter.

You'll get that If you active (put a 1) in // Set the Overall Width of Horizontal Menu to 100%...

Thank you very much. My settings file was from a previous version, and some of the options at the bottom of the list have been changed in one of the last versions. Everything now works as I wish.
