Error from menu... help?

I am using the latest menu release but whenever the page loads, the menu loads just fine but there is an error on the page. Here is the error details:

Error: Expected ')'

The line it is pointing to is the line referring to the mmenu.js file. I disable the menu for a sec and the error stopped. I am adding the menu by using includes. Here is what my include file looks like that is being inserted:

nav2.inc contents:

<SCRIPT language=JavaScript src="menu_array.js" type=text/javascript></SCRIPT>
<SCRIPT language=JavaScript src="mmenu.js" type=text/javascript></SCRIPT>


I have not touched the mmenu.js contents at all. This error is driving me as well as my visitors crazy. Any ideas?
