Can't get to Creating Menu

When I get to the step of creating a Menu and then Hit Submit it brought me back to the login screen. Now when I go back in and go to Project-> Current -> Edit Menu it takes me back to the login screen.

Hi,

Do you have Cookies turned off?

If so this is the problem.

I also have this problem, and cookies are enabled.
