Where to put normal links for non-supported browsers?

Hi,
I'm wondering where to put normal hyperlinks for non supported browsers. Is there a way to put this in the menu_array file or some other javascript code? Or should I do a seperate browsers detect and only for the correct browsers call the menuscript?
Can anybody give some ideas?
