Lineing Up In In Netrscape and IE

Hi I was try out you script and I could see a difference in the heght from the top of the page in the different browsers IE 5.5 and Nets 4.75.
Is there away to code it so it is the same on both browers?
How do I code the page to use mouseover images for the top image?
