Installation Problem

OK, maybe I just don't see the problem but I have installed the .JS tags into the body just after the bg and text configurations, I copied the files themselves into the directory where I am trying to make the menu work and nothing happens. I have no menu at all.

I have a series of tables and I have tried to embed the tags into one of the tables and still I see nothing.

What am I doing wrong?
