Is it possible to add title="something something" somewhere so that on IE 5.x and 6.x on windows I don't get an empty windows IE hint-box?
example, if my menu link is <a href="http://yahoo.com"> I'd want it to be <a title="this is yahoo" href="http://yahoo.com">
