3.3.18 and Shared borders in FrontPage causing

I have verified this and wish some one else could....

With 3.3.18 put the non-edited files into a frontpage web with the files in the right paths. Now create a blank page with NO shared borders. Add the javascript code to call the menu. All works well. Now here's where it gets bad for me... turn on "top" shared border and see how small the menu gets ?!?!?!?!

Remove the top shared border and the DHTML menu returns to normal.

I tried this with a brand new set up and unedited javascripts.
