Opening Menus OnClick

The FAQ claims that a DHTML menu element can act as a menu link as well as a menu opener.

This does not work when you have also chosen the option to "Open the Menus OnClick".

With the option to "Open the Menus OnClick", these elements only act as menu openers and the menu link is disregarded.

This was a bug in version <= 3.4.08 and has been fixed in version 3.3.09 that I will try and get released later today.

I assume you mean version 3.4.09 (and that 3.3.09 is a typo).

I have downloaded 3.4.09 and found that it is still a problem. I've now found that the menu link is being fired up but that the menu isn't being opened instead! It ought to be doing both really.

I hope your subsequent attempt at fixing this will prove to be successful and as quick as your previous one!

Version 3.4.10 should contain the fix

Unfortunately 3.4.10 does not solve this problem either.

Will look forward to further updates!

Hi,

I've got the same problem also in the latest version (version 3.5)
Is there a fix or workaround for this problem?

Are you guys paying for this and now you think you can complain? No, "complain" is a mild word, "patronize" is a better word.

I.

Ironically ianpreston exhibits the faults he perceives in JonkieXL and me; but his patronising complaint does nonetheless raise a pertinent point, despite aparently being totally irrelevant.

Andy is welcome to ignore all these bug reports if he wants (he's already disregarded several of mine), but if he wants us to pay for his code then he ought really to respond by getting these things fixed.
